Job Responsibilities
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Maintain store display and product merchandising
- Assist in stock arrangement and product placement
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum High School or Graduation preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred (freshers may apply)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 180 – KWD 350 (based on experience)
